The management team comprises Bob Warren, Kristan Lockhart and John Howlett.
Bob Warren, the Operator of the Village, had a dream of developing a Retirement Village in the Newcastle area. The extensive size of the Estate, with its wonderful natural outlook and close proximity to services, made it an ideal location for a self-care Retirement Village for the Over '55's.
Kristan Lockhart is the Village Manager, responsible for the smooth operation of the village and new villa leases. She is ably assisted by Sue and Sharon in the office. They strive to provide the best service to residents, delivered with patience, good humour and a caring attitude.
John Howlett is the Construction Manager and has been responsible for the building and infrastructure of the Village since 2002. John is ably assisted by a competent team of tradesmen, many of whom have worked with him since 2002.
